Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £7165.48. (subject to any lawfully required PAYE deductions, but without any other deduction or set off)[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £324.40. This sum is to be paid without any deduction.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £973.20 (subject to any lawfully required PAYE deductions, but without any other deduction or set off)[4]The Respondent failed to comply with its obligations to provide the Claimant with itemised payslips. It wholly failed in its obligations. No separate award is made on the basis that the sums mentioned above deal with the unauthorised deductions. No evidence or argument has been presented that there were other deductions.[5]No award is made for interest.
