JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim that there were unauthorised deductions from his wages with regard to vehicle damage, a congestion charge and non-payment of wages for 7 days from 4 December 2020 is out of time and the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear this claim and it is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim that there were unauthorised deductions from his wages with regard to underpayment of 5 days wages in January 2021 is not well founded and is not upheld and is dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim that there were unauthorised deductions from his wages with regard to a uniform deposit is well founded and is upheld.[4]The Claimant’s claim that there were unauthorised deductions from his wages with regard to payment for accrued holiday found to be 11 days is well founded and is upheld.[5]In respect of the claims upheld at paragraphs 3 and 4 the Respondent made payment of the amounts found to be due prior to the hearing and no further compensation is awarded.[6]A claim of race discrimination was not pursued and is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant pursuant to schedule 1, rule 52 of The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February Case No: 3306477/2021
