Case No 3306467/2024

Employment Judge Foxwell DateDate 10 April 2025

JUDGMENT

The complaint of unpaid wages and for a redundancy payment are struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 30 December 2024 and 11 February 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of unpaid wages and for a redundancy payment should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of unpaid wages and for a redundancy payment are therefore struck out.[3]This judgment does not affect the claimant’s entitlement, if any, to claim under the protective award made by the Tribunal on 2 January 2025 and sent to the parties on 14 January 2025.
