JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims succeed. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant as follows: 1.1. Holiday pay £461.54 gross, taxable in the hands of the Claimant; 1.2. Wages £1,153.84 gross, taxable in the hands of the Claimant; 1.3. Notice pay £25,000 gross, taxable in the hands of the Claimant, (the statutory cap having been applied) and 1.4. Compensation for unfair dismissal, (the Claimant having already received the basic award in the form of a redundancy payment from the Insolvency Service) £14,570.76.[2]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable by the Respondent to the Claimant, without deduction, is £41,186.14.[3]The recoupment provisions do not apply.
