It is the judgment of the Tribunal that, terms of settlement having been agreed between the parties, the case is adjourned until 4pm on 8 July 2021 to enable those terms of settlement to be carried into effect. If before that time and date neither party has applied to the Tribunal to restore this matter to the list for hearing, the claims herein will at that time and date be treated as having been withdrawn on settlement by the claimant and, with the consent of the claimant given today, shall stand dismissed without further order.
