JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of breach of contract succeeds and the claimant is awarded the following sums:1.1 In respect of notice pay - £2,287 (net)1.2 In respect of a relocation package - £2,000 (gross)1.3 In respect of a supplement paid in place of pension - £1,336.50 (gross)[2]The complaint that there was an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages is well founded and is upheld and the claimant is awarded the following sums:2.1 Wages in respect of March 2021 - £2,917 (gross)2.2 Wages for the period 1 to 21 April 2021 - £2,019 (gross)[3]The claim of failure to make payment on termination in respect of annual leave to which entitlement had accrued (contrary to s.14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998) succeeds and the claimant is awarded: 3.1 £1,072 in relation to eight and a half days leave calculated at the rate of £134 per day.
