JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s application for an extension of time to 1 June 2021 for the Respondent to make an application for reconsideration is granted.[2]The Tribunal determines that it is necessary in the interests of justice to reconsider its judgment dated 27 April 2021.[3]On reconsideration, the decision of the Tribunal to strike out the Response is revoked, and the Tribunal makes case management orders instead.[4]The Tribunal orders the Respondent to pay the Claimant’s legal costs of the application for reconsideration, including the wasted costs of the hearing on 28 April 2021, assessed by the Tribunal in the sum of £7,550.40 inclusive of VAT, such sum to be paid by the Respondent to the Claimant by no later than 12 November 2021. 8 November 2021
