(1) The Respondent’s request for a postponement of this hearing is refused.(2) The name of the Respondent is amended to Back to Back Care Ltd.(3) The Claimant’s whistleblowing claim is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.(4) The Claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is well-founded, and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £2,100.(5) The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deductions is well-founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £3,044.43.(6) The Claimant’s claim for a failure to pay notice pay (breach of contract) is upheld and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,844.80.(7) The total sum payable by the Respondent to the Claimant is therefore £6,989.23.(8) The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is well-founded, but no separate award of compensation is made.
