JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the Watford Employment Tribunal on 25th June 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure. Upon considering the Claimant’s email of 22nd December 2024 as an application to amend their claim;[1]It is in the interest of justice to allow an amendment to include June, July, August 2024 claims for unpaid wages & holiday pay.[2]The Respondent must pay the Claimanta. £12,923.12 gross in unpaid wagesb. £1200.03 in holiday pay.
