JUDGMENT
The claim is dismissed pursuant to Rule 47 on the grounds of the Claimant’s nonattendance at this Hearing.REASONS
[1]The ET1 Claim Form in this matter was received on 22 June 2024 in which the Claimant brought claims of unfair dismissal, race, religion and disability discrimination. The Tribunal listed a Preliminary Hearing by video on 6 March 2025 and in the Notice of Hearing made various Case Management Directions for further particularisation of the discrimination complaints. The Notice of Hearing was sent to the parties on 4 December 2024 and the Claimant was to comply with the Orders by 27 December 2024.[2]The Hearing took place before Employment Judge Price on 6 March 2025 when the Claimant did not attend. It is recorded in that Summary that there had been no compliance with the Orders made. The Summary also recorded that the Respondent had applied to strike out the claim due to lack of particulars and that the Hearing would be re-listed as an Open Preliminary Hearing so that Application could be considered. The Claimant was also reminded that he must comply with the directions for further particulars and a Disability Impact Statement by 27 March 2025 and was reminded that noncompliance could result in the claim being struck out.
