JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim for constructive unfair dismissal is well founded and is upheld;[2]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant compensation for unfair dismissal in the sum of £14,802.10 made up as follows:a. A basic award of £13,500; andb. A compensatory award of £1,302.10[3]The recoupment provisions do not apply because the Claimant did not claim any benefits and started a new job just over a week after the date of termination.[4]The Claimant's claims for unlawful deduction from wages (for work done in February and March 2024 are upheld in the sum of £913.17 net (approximately £1212.00 gross).[5]The Claimant’s claim for accrued untaken annual leave in his final leave year is upheld in the sum of £720.00 (gross).[6]The Claimant’s notice pay claim is upheld but no further damages fall due.
