[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,126.68.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £755.43.[3]The respondent has failed to provide the claimant with written terms and conditions of employment and shall pay the claimant compensation in the sum of £2,324.40.[4]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable by the respondent to the claimant under the terms of this Judgment, without deduction, taxable in the hands of the claimant, is £4,206.51.
