JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for breach of contract in respect of reimbursement of expenses succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £5,531.08.[2]The claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed on withdrawal, the respondent having conceded the claim and paid the outstanding sums before the hearing.[3]The unfair dismissal claim is dismissed on withdrawal, settlement having been reached between the parties.[4]The claim for unauthorised deductions from wages is not successful and is dismissed[5]The wrongful dismissal claim is not successful and is dismissed. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February 2018 Case No: 3306081/2020 (V)[6]Reasons for the judgment having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a request was made by either party at the hearing or a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.[7]This hearing was held remotely. This was not objected to by the parties. The form of remote hearing was V (CVP). A face to face hearing was not held because no-one requested it and all issues could be determined in a remote hearing.
