JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s unfair dismissal claim is struck out for lack of jurisdiction because he did not have the qualifying employment required under section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The Claimant’s race discrimination claims are not struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success.[3]The Claimant’s allegations of race discrimination have little reasonable prospect of success.
