[1]By a letter dated 13 January 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity (with a deadline of 24 January 2023) to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 31 July 2022 it has not been actively pursued. for the reasons stated in the Respondent’s application of 8 December 2022 (to which no reply from the Claimant has been received).[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 16 February 2023 will not take place.
