(1) The Claimant’s claim for an unlawful deduction from her wages is well-founded and is upheld.(2) The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £543.40. This sum includes a payment for days taken as holiday by the Claimant at the Respondent’s request for which she has been underpaid by £240.24. The remaining sum of £303.16 relates to arrears of pay for days on which the Claimant worked. Approved byREASONS
