[1]By emails dated 19 October 2022, 24 November 2022, 11 January 2023, 8 February 2023 and 14 March 2023, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal to explain if he was still pursuing this claim (or whether, like the similar claim 3305954/2021, it should be treated as withdrawn/settled).[2]The claimant has failed to contact the Tribunal in response to that query. He had previously not replied to the Respondent’s correspondence in January and February 2022 which alleged that he had failed to comply with case management orders.[3]The claim is therefore struck out because it is not being actively purused.
