JUDGMENT

Upon the Tribunal having adjourned at 3.20pm on 11 April 2022 for deliberations and requested that all parties re-join the Cloud Video Platform at 4pm, and by 4.15pm the claimant having not re-joined or made any contact as to his non-attendance, efforts were made by the Tribunal and the respondent to ascertain his whereabouts, however the claimant could not be reached by telephone or email. Pursuant to Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules and in accordance with the overriding objective, Judgment was delivered orally in absence of the claimant, it being noted the respondent was present and ready to hear the outcome and the Tribunal in a position to deliver such Judgment.
