The Claimant’s complaint that he was not paid outstanding holiday pay is dismissed.REASONS
[1]This matter was listed for a Final Hearing on 4 July 2023 by Notice dated 21 March 2023.[2]When this matter came before me this morning the Claimant did not attend. Ms Barratt on behalf of the Respondent did attend by video, but could not be heard.[3]There was no evidence that any steps had been taken in relation to this claim since the issue of the proceedings.[4]In the absence of the Claimant, the claim was dismissed. 22 August 2023
