JUDGMENT
[1]The third and fourth respondents be dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The claimant has leave by consent to amend the claim form.[3]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the complaints under the Equality Act 2010 as it is not just and equitable to extend time in which to do so under s.123(1)(a) and (b), and there was no conduct extending over a period of time to give jurisdiction to the Tribunal under s.123(3)(a).[4]There was no jurisdiction to hear the complaints of whistleblowing as the Tribunal was not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the complaint to be presented before the end of three months.[5]The acts of which complaint is made do not form a series of acts extending over a period of time to give the Tribunal jurisdiction under s.48(4) of the Employment Rights Act 1996. Case Number: 3305887/2018[6]All claims are dismissed for lack of jurisdiction save those that relate to alleged unlawful acts in relation to a request for a reference. These claims were dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.
