[1]It is the Judgment of this Tribunal that the Claimant’s claims in breach of contract succeed in part as follows:-1.1 The Claimant’s claims for unpaid commission succeed and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £870.19.1.2 The Claimant’s claim for a home measurement payment succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £180.00.1.3 The Claimant’s claim for commission for setting up an interest account succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £10.001.4 The Claimant’s claims in respect of a further sum of unpaid commission deducted by way of a threshold succeed. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £204.00.1.5 The Claimant’s claim for a payment arising in respect of a profit pool fails.1.6 The Respondent concedes that Claimant’s claim in respect of a referral incentive award of £500.00.
