JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded. The claimant worked but was not paid for:a. 12 hours 27 minutes on 20 December 2023b. 12 hours 33 minutes on 21 December 2023c. 12 hours 1 minute on 22 December 2023d. 12 hours 17 minutes on 25 December 2023e. 12 hours 28 minutes on 26 December 2023.[2]The claimant’s hourly rate was £11 per hour and the claimant was entitled to be paid at a 1.5 rate for 25 and 26 of December 2023.[3]The respondent must pay the total sum of £815.32 to the claimant (subject to any statutory deductions) within 14 days from the date of this Judgment.
