JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was an employee of the 1st respondent from 1 December 2022 to 5 March 2024. Her annual salary from December 2023 was £30,000 per annum.

[2]The claimant is entitled to employer payments from the 2nd respondent under the provisions of ss.166(1) and 182 Employment Rights Act 1996.

[3]The claimant is awarded the following sums under the provisions of s.184 Employment Rights Act 1996:a. Notice pay of one week net pay: £ 490.00

b. Arrears of pay of 8 weeks: 8 x £490

£3,290.00
