JUDGMENT
[1]The claim in relation to redundancy pay fails due to lack of qualifying service.[2]The claim in relation to holiday pay succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £3,116.78 comprised of the following elements:2.1 £911.78 in relation to pay in lieu of outstanding annual leave, or unpaid annual leave, from 20 June 2017 to 14 January 2018 pursuant to regulation 14 or 16 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 and s.23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.2.2 £1,085 in relation to paid annual leave which the Claimant was not permitted to take, or annual leave which she took but which was unpaid, from 20 June 2016 to 19 June 20172.3 A further award of £1,120 pursuant to s.38 of the Employment Act 2002.[3]The Claimant’s application to amend her claim to add a claim for two weeks arrears of pay is refused.
