[1]By a letter dated 7 February 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 21 February 2023 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because For the reasons stated in the Respondent's representative’s emails of 16 December 2022 and 7 November 2022 the claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing which had been due to commence 9 May 2023 (previously 8 May 2023) will not take place.
