JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages with regard to November 2020 pay succeeds.[2]The claim for unpaid holiday under the Working Time Regulations 1998 with regard to holiday pay due for 2020 holiday year as at termination succeeds.[3]The Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear any claim by the respondent for alleged breach of contract by the claimant. REMEDY[1]The respondent is required to pay the claimant the sum for unpaid wages of £424.35 net (after first making any deductions for tax and NI so far as applicable).[2]The respondent is required to pay the claimant 12.5 days gross pay, for unpaid holiday pay for 2020 in the sum of £943.
