Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2024 – Rule 22[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £439.78 without any deduction or set off.[2]If the Respondent is required to make any PAYE deductions in association with this payment, then it must make those payments in addition to the amount mentioned in the previous paragraph; that is, the gross sum which the Respondent must pay is the figure which will leave the Claimant with £439.78 net, after PAYE deductions, if any.
