JUDGMENT
[1]Upon the respondent agreeing to pay to the claimant the sum of £350 by 16 January 2019 (such payment to be satisfied by payment of the said sum into the account of Mr Y Yusuf number 38190287 Sort Code 07-04-36). 1.1. The claimant’s claim against the respondent and the respondent’s employers claim against the claimant are both stayed. 1.2. Unless the claimant notifies the tribunal on or before 23 January 2019 that the respondent has failed to make the agreed payment, the claimant’s claim and the respondent’s employer’s claim will stand dismissed on withdrawal with no order as to costs.
