JUDGMENT
The First Respondent having confirmed to the Tribunal that it did not rely on any limitation defence in these proceedings and the Tribunal having found that at the times relevant to these proceedings the Claimant worked for the Second Respondent under a contract of employment within the meaning of section 230 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, the First Respondent is ordered to make the following payments to the Claimant:(i) A redundancy payment in the sum of £6,461.56;(ii) Unpaid wages in the sum of £3,692.32;(iii) A payment in lieu of annual leave in the sum of £707.09; and(iv) Statutory notice pay in the sume of £5,076.94. Items (ii), (iii) and (iv) are gross figures from which the First Respondent may deduct any national insurance or tax as appropriate. Approved by
