JUDGMENT
The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that;[1]At all material times the Claimant was an employee of the Second Respondent.[2]The claim against the First Respondent is dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages is well founded and succeeds.[4]The Second Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £1920 (gross) representing unpaid wages of £640 for February 2023 and £1280 for March 2023. This sum is to be paid within 14 days of the date of this Judgment.
