JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s application to amend the claim form to include the matters set out in an email dated 4 December 2024 is refused.[2]The claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal, discrimination on the grounds of race, discrimination on the grounds of religion and belief, and whistleblowing presented in a claim form dated 30 May 2024 have been presented outside the time limit for the presentation of the complaints and the Tribunal cannot consider the complaints.[3]The claimant’s complaints are struck out.
