JUDGMENT

(1) The Claimant’s claim of harassment is dismissed following a withdrawal by the Claimant.

(2) The Claimant’s application to amend her claims to include a claim of unfair (constructive) dismissal succeeds.

(3) The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages was presented outside the statutory time limit. It was reasonably practicable for the Claimant to bring the within the statutory time limit. Accordingly, the claim for unauthorised deductions from wages is dismissed. Approved by:
