EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 3305531/2024
Mr L MajorClaimant(1) Elite EMS Limited (2) Elite Emergency Medical Services Limited (In administration)Respondent
Employment Judge Gumbiti-Zimuto DatedDate 23 April 2026

JUDGMENT

The claim against Elite Emergency Medical Services Limited is struck out.

REASONS

[1]The second respondent company, Elite Emergency Medical Services Limited, is in administration. Neither the consent of the Administrator nor the permission of the court has been obtained for these proceedings to be continued as required by the Insolvency Act 1986.[2]On 24 December 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to give written reasons why the claim should not be struck out as it had not been actively pursued. The claimant has failed to give an acceptable reason.[3]The claim against the second respondent is therefore struck out. The claim against Elite EMS Limited is continuing. Approved by:
