[1]The time for presenting a response having expired and no response having been presented, Employment Judge Manley makes the following order.[2]There was a failure to provide itemised pay statements to the claimant under s8 Employment Rights Act 1996 (ERA).[3]The respondent is ordered under s12(4) ERA to pay the aggregate of unauthorised deductions for 13 weeks before the claim, amounting to a total sum to be paid to the claimant of £1794.97 (one thousand seven hundred and ninetyfour pounds and 97 pence).
