[1]By a letter dated 27/05/2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has responded to the Tribunal and referred the Tribunal to earlier emails dated 26 March 2025 and 1 April 2025.[3]In the email of 1 April 2025 the claimant stated that “I eventually got my money back after months of escalating” and “I’d rather have nothing to do with National Highways going forward”.[4]The claim is no longer being actively pursued by the claimant.
