JUDGMENT
[1]The difference between the name of the respondent on the EC Certificate and the name of the respondent on the claim form is a minor error in relation to a name and it would not be in the interests of justice to reject the claim.[2]I extend time for the claimant to present his claim on the ground that it was not reasonably practicable to present his claim in time and he has presented it within a period which I consider reasonable.[3]The complaint of unauthorised deductions form wages is well founded and respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £2150.40 net.
