[1]By a letter dated 15 December 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing on the issue why the claim should not be struck out because he appeared to lack the two years’ continuous employment usually required to bring a claim of unfair dismissal.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing about why this should not be done or to request a hearing.[3]It therefore appears to me that the claim has no reasonable prospects of success.
