Upon Employment Judge Hyams having identified to the parties in a letter dated 17 June 2020 that these two claims are identical to the Claimant’s claim brought under case number 3305385/2020 and that only one response would be required And Upon the Claimant’s claims under 3305385/2020 having failed and been dismissed after a hearing and by a Judgment dated 27 October 2023 sent to the parties on 1 November 2023 And by the Tribunal of its own initiative pursuant to Rule 37 (1) (a) The Claimant’s claims under case numbers 3305386/2020 & 3305510/2020 are struck out on the grounds that they have no reasonable prospects of success.
