The Claimant’s claim alleging sex discrimination is dismissed on withdrawal. ------------------------------------REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay two deposits of £200.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 14th April 2021. The Order was sent to the claimant 25th May 2021.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of age discrimination and unlawful deduction from wages are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 24th August 2021 will not take place.
