[1]The claimant’s complaint of failure to inform and consult pursuant to Regulation 15 and contrary to the requirements of Regulations 13 & 14 of TUPE Regulations 2006 is dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant.[2]Juno Digital Limited is removed from these proceedings under Rule 35 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2024 following an application by the claimant and with the agreement of the respondents.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims are not affected by this Judgment and proceed against Vinyl Presents Limited and John Atherton.
