JUDGMENT
(1) The Claimant having withdrawn his claim for unlawful discrimination because of gender reassignment, that claim is dismissed on withdrawal.(2) Further claims raised by the Claimant for breach of health and safety legislation, personal injury, breach of directors’ obligations and breach of data protection laws are dismissed on the basis that the Employment Tribunal has no jurisdiction to determine those claims.(3) The claims which proceed to a full hearing are the Claimant’s claims for unlawful direct discrimination, victimisation and detriment on the grounds of making alleged public interest disclosures, as set out in a Case Summary and Orders of today’s date.
