The complaints of “Bullying and Harassment” and “Redundancy Payment” are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 17 September 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the complaints of Bullying and Harassment and Redundancy Payment should not be struck out because they did not identify any potential characteristic on which the Claimant relies, the dates or approximate dates when the alleged acts occurred, did not explain why the Claimant claims to be entitled to a Redundancy Payment when he was in his own case dismissed for alleged gross misconduct.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaints of Bullying and Harassment and Redundancy Payment are therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims remains listed for hearing on 28 April 2021.
