JUDGMENT

(1) The claimant’s claims for discrimination on the grounds of sex, race and age contrary to the Equality Act 2010 (EQA) were not presented within the time limits set out in sections 123(1)(a) & (b) as extended by section 140B of the EQA. The claimant’s claims are struck out as the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear them.

(2) The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal contrary to the Employment Rights Act 1996 (ERA) was not presented to the tribunal in accordance with sections 111(2)(a) & (b) as extended by section 207B of the ERA. The claimant’s claim is struck out as the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.
