JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint alleging unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]My decision is the only complaint contained in the claim form is for unfair dismissal and that comments about the job application were only intended as part of the allegations of unfair dismissal . In the alternative, if I am wrong about that, and the Claimant did present a freestanding complaint about rejection for promotion, then that complaint fails because no facts have been pleaded that would bring it within the Tribunal’s jurisdiction, whether as an Equality Act 2010 ("EQA") complaint, a complaint of detriment contrary to the Employment Rights Act 1996 ("ERA"), or any other legislation, or as breach of contract complaint, or at all.
