JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is struck out and dismissed as the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it. The claim was not presented before the end of the limitation period as set out in S111 (as extended by S207B) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, in circumstances where it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to do so.[2]This was a remote hearing which had not been objected to by the parties. The form of remote hearing was Video. A face to face hearing was not held because no-one requested the same and all issues could be determined in a remote hearing. 20 April 2021
