JUDGMENT
[1]Upon the respondent admitting that it was liable to the claimant for unauthorised deductions from wages in the sum of £1861.81 (see paragraph 15 of the ET3), and upon the respondent not attending the hearing today, I order that the respondent is liable to pay the sum of £1861.81 in respect of unauthorised deductions in wages to the claimant.[2]For the avoidance of doubt, the claimant confirmed that she was not pursing a claim of whistleblowing.
