JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Third Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay him the gross sum of £634.29.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Third Respondent is ordered to pay him damages in the sum of £720.[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,080.[4]The Third Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay him the sum of £180.[5]The total of the Tribunal’s awards to the Claimant is £2,614.29.[6]The Claims against the First and Second Respondents are dismissed.
