JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Third Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay him the gross sum of £1,410.35.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Third Respondent is ordered to pay him damages of £2,331.[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3,885.[4]The Third Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay him the sum of £390.[5]The total of the Tribunal’s awards to the Claimant is £8,046.35.[6]The Claims against the First and Second Respondents are dismissed.
