JUDGMENT
(1) The Claimant’s claims for unlawful deductions and breach of contract are upheld.(2) The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,055.70 in respect of unpaid wages due for the month of February 2020.(3) The Claimant is entitled to damages in the sum of £2,250.00, payable by the Respondent to the Claimant. That sum represents the amount of Universal Credit that the Claimant was entitled to in October and November 2019 and January 2020 but did not receive by reason of the Respondent’s breach of contract in misreporting her earnings to HMRC.
