JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim for damages for breach of contract (notice pay) succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £5500.[2]The claimant’s claim for damages for breach of contract (expenses) succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £545.25[3]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal succeeds.[4]A hearing shall take place to determine the remedy that the claimant is entitled to in respect of his complaint of unfair dismissal, and further, to consider whether the claimant is entitled to succeed in respect of his complaints about unpaid wages and holiday pay, if so, to determine the amount the respondent must pay to the claimant.[5]The hearing listed on a date to be fixed. The hearing will take place before an Employment Judge sitting alone at the Reading Employment Tribunals, 30-31 Friar Street (Entrance in Merchants Place), Reading, RG1 1DX. A time allocation of 2 hours has been given for the hearing.
